Is there anything about your character that would be listed in intelligence reports? I think there's a fair chance of intelligence reports mentioning that he's joined up with the Wardens again, working with the Inquisition, there are probably reports every time he popped up trying to help in various rebel mage cells before joining the Inquisition. Currently they may be aware of the fact that he's putting together a mage network again and that he was both in the Grand Tourney under a fake name and also in Nevarra at the time the Necropolis went not-boom.

Would you be open to Byerly uncovering new information about your character's past/present? Yes
Is your character interested in espionage/engaged in espionage? Interested, yes. Engaged in, no. He's awful at being sneaky or subtle.
Could they be cultivated into an intelligence asset for Ferelden - e.g., seduced and/or bribed into giving information willingly? He talks way too much for his own good, so he'll easily chat away on any number of topics.
