Byerly can be found in the taverns of Kirkwall, often "passed out drunk" (i.e. eavesdropping on conversations). Every once in a while(!), he can be found at work, writing correspondence and giving it to ravens to send. His cover story is that these letters are going to his friends and fellow noblemen, and that he's trying to drum up support. He can also often be found asleep in a barn in Kirkwall because he often misses the boat.
